Dear Sam, I am writing you to learn more about the American culture. As you know I was waiting anxiously for the Visa. Finally, I have got my visa and I am flying next week on Tuesday. My flight will land at 1800Hrs at JFK airport. I would like you to come and receive me at the airport and then we will head off to my hotel and have dinner there together. Although, I have got the list of places which I would like to visit in New York city but most of the list consists of hotels and restaurants where I would like to try their famous dishes which I watched on Youtube. I know very well about the American cuisine, but I know very less about their culture. It will be great if you will provide me with list of museums and historical sites within the vicinity of New York city so that I can have a sneak peak into the American Culture. I do not mind if you are selecting site is an hour or two hours outside the city as I can manage to visit there on weekends. Visiting America was my long dream which eventually is going to materialize, and I want to make this visit a memory which will always be remembered. Yours Sincerely, MAC
