Dear Mrs. Smith, Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in regards of the student trip at St. Mary school. My dauthter studies in 5th grade and she is going to the tour with her classmates. I am really thankful for your invitation to come in the outing and I would really like to join you as my daughter is going first time out of the country and she will definitely need me because she would not stay without me for three days. Moreover, I will also get a chance to spend some time with other students to improve my skills as I am planning to start my new job as a teacher. I think I can help you in many ares. As I have studied a short course on teaching, I can organize siting arrangement as well as making list for students, whch will help for the calculation of them at every point where we will be staying. Besides this, I also have experience in playing outdoor games and by that they will also get opportunity to play games like volleyball and socker. However, I have some concerns regarding the accomodation. What are the accomodation options for the parents? Do we have to arrange our stay at Shrilanka or school will provide us?
