Dear Jone, I am writing this letter with regards to your complaint. I am into sales and I must keep my nose on the grindstone to achieve the target. due to this hectic work schedule, I am not only unable to focus on my personal life but also can not give sufficient time to my children. I am are aware that my children are extremely naughty and they are making noise a lot. due to covid, it's been a long time everyone is at home and kids are also suffering as they are not able to go out and play with their friends. I am really sorry for the inconvenience that you are facing issue due to the noise which my kids are making. I promise you from this time onwards I will take care that you will not face any problem because of my kids. Next month schools are also opening so they will be in school for around 3 to 4 hours. we can't fully control the children but I will try to keep them busy in some activity so that they will keep quiet.
