Dear Mr Dsouza, I am writing this letter in reference to the upcoming trip to Canada for which you are seeking people to accompany the students. I am the father of Vivaan Waja and would be delighted to join the tour in order to manage that group. My summer vacation is starting next week and therefore I will have time from the office to devote for this tour. Additionally, I have already been to this destination and roamed most of the places covering historical and museum sites. I can lend my experience from the trip to assist in planning the journey and guide the tour as I have a command over French language which I learned in my childhood. There are some things which I need to clarify. Firstly, about the itinerary which every one will be carrying. Secondly, the time of the flight?
