I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with regards to your invitation for my recommendations and would like to suggest as to what type of event you can consider to do for the farewell of our favorite manager; Mr. Mehta. One of the activities which would surely be enjoyable could be to keep a farewell party on our office terrace along with some beverages. Since Mr. Mehta loves to speak to the team, you could keep some time in your calendar for sharing his experience in the company. One of the reasons we like him as a manager/leader is his skill to motivate everyone and his speech on his last day would surely make a positive impact on us.
