Dear Sir, I am Manikanth Grandhi, student of the August batch 'Data Mining' course. I am writing this letter to request you to address my problem regarding accommodation. Firstly, the problem I am facing is, I was assigned a two-sharing room that too in a hostel which is very noisy. I have already checked my option beside the room of interest in the application form but all in vain. I am thinking that I will get a hill faced single room in a hotel as I have paid the fee well in advance and I identified some rooms left with this criterion. I would really appreciate if you could allot me a single room with proper view and ventilation so that I can concentrate on the course by enjoying the climate.
