Dear sir/madam This letter is in regards to the minor mishap that occurred with my family while returning from our holiday destination. We hired a black Maruthi T50 from AXX agency. The car was in a good condition when it was picked up without any scratch or bumps. It was not the latest model but comfortable to ride without any technical issues. The incident happend when we were leaving Dammam for Jubail. On sunday, initially the weather was hot and humid without any loo but after 1'o clock an expected sand storm appeared. The intensity of the storm is indescribable. Even though the car infront of us was only 10 meters apart, It was not visible which caused an clash. After the storm settled down, I and the other party came to the decision to call the insurance office and explain the situation. Legal clearance was taken from local police station and the care was moved to near by garage for repair. My inquires are welcomed about the incidence and repair. Hoping for an early response.
