Dear Mr. Matthew, I find it hard to let you know that it would be impossible for me to continue the part-time evening course on communication skills and personality development [CSPD], which I have had enrolled in, earlier this year. I understand this program is important for my prospects, but now, I have a full-time job so it is quite difficult for me to balance multitask both things simultaneously. I will start my permanent work with an information technology company as a technical assistant and due to some recently assigned projects, my manager demands more of my time. Besides, I have some stringent deadlines ahead and to meet them, I will need to work overtime on daily basis. , a few extra hours each day. Also, later on, I need to travel to Russia at the beginning of July for some official work. All these new duties and responsibilities enforces me to temporarily discontinue the course. However, I am willing to complete my program as it would be highly beneficial for my career. Therefore I humbly request urge you to allow me to enroll attend the next available course session.
