Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: Meeting room booking on 25th of June 2021.
I am writing this letter to express and inform my utterly dissatisfaction regarding recent meeting room booking on aforementioned date by Sinolanka Tea Company for a business conference. This particular booking was done by company administrative department via emailing specific requirements of proper sound system and especially overhead projector.
Unfortunately, our admin department found that all the specific requirements in extremely inoperable without frequent breakages. Firstly, the speaker system and provided mics had been malfunctioned while speakers are using them. Overhead projector was not in the position where it has to be and it had been moved to a side table where presenters could not reach easily, nevertheless, its brightness was insignificant. Company admin officer complained to the given phone number, and responder was never took any precautions until the event completion.
I find this extremely unacceptable. As mentioned in the website all these fundamentals were well fitted and operable. This incident has been a black mark to our company with regards to the customer relationship. I would like payment for this booking to be refunded, and as regular customer we are entitled to a written apology and assurance for future booking, the room will be set up exactly as required.
