I’m writing to complain about a blouse I purchased online from your shop last week.
Although, I ordered small size which supposed to fit me well, it turned out too baggy. Moreover, there is a dirt on the sleeve. I had to pay a lot of money in advance expecting to own high quality product. due to the fact that it did not meet my expectation, I refused the package right after a shipper delivered it. However, he told me he was not in charge of this problem and advised me to contact with the shop.
After that, I messaged on your page and I sent it back because one of your staff assured that I would be send a refund. However, until now, I have not received it.
