You work for an international company and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager explain why you want to work in the company's head offoce for 6 months say how your work could be done while you are away. Ask for his or her help in arranging it.

Dear Sir, I am writting to seek your permission as regards my possible transfer to Canada and precisely to work at the head office. I just finished my training at my country base in Nigeria which gives opportunity to apply for transfer and change of duty for a short period of 6 months. It would be my pleasure to work with the finance team at Ontario as I have developed a career interest in that line. Working at the head quarter would help boost my confidence internationally and give me opportunities to know more about the new Job path I am presently aiming towards. My subordinate Mr Funsho William with tag number 402 will be assisting me while am away if my request is granted. He is thoroughly trained on the Job and has sound knowledge on how to handle any task. I can also be called upon if any issues which can not be solved by him. My resumption is to take effect from February 24th 2020 because that is the estimated time the transfer grant would expire according to the vacancy posted by the human resource manager in Nigeria.
