I am writing this letter in regards to the ipod I ordered from your website called sony. ca. The mini iPod I ordered was the Sony Px-1 on 17th February. My order number is 073265. I was very excited when the package arrived but was very disappointed when I saw the condition of the product.
I would like to bring to your notice that the product I got cracks over that little music player. It was supposed to have an earphones and a charging wire but the one’s I received with it was totally ripped off. I did not expect it in this terrible condition.
As a solution, I would like either the full refund of the product or I would like the replacement for free. I would wait for a week for any reply from your company or else I would have to take the complaint to the higher authority in your company. I’ll be attaching the copy of the receipt.
