My name is Lovedeep Singh. I am writing this letter to inform you about my bad experience in my last stay in your hotel last week. I was stayed in room number #405. AC was not working in that room and the temperature was recorded 34 degrees on that day.
In order to reduce the temperature, I have done so many things like I called on reception area and explained everything to them, but no one responded me. I tried to open the window, but window was totally jammed and, I failed to open it. At last, I booked another room in another hotel at midnight because there was no any empty room left in your hotel.
I would like to request you to please refund my booking fee, because as per hotel policies I am eligible for that. Moreover, I requested you to hire an overnight technician which will solve these kinds of problem if it occurs in future.
