Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to work at our company's head office in Canada for the next six months. Unfortunately, one of our colleagues from the quality control team met with an accident. So he will not be available until he gets fully recovered. The production release is due in six months and it will be difficult to hire someone with the required skill set in a very short period. The thing is, right now I am working as a backup for two teams, quality control and production at our location in India. Luckily, there is a difference in the time zone for our office and head office location. I will be working at the head office in a quality control team as a full-time employee and extend my working hours whenever required for our office location. This will be a win-win situation for me as well as the company. There will be no need to hire a new associate and commitment will also be fulfilled. I would be most grateful if you could make those arrangements for me. As a manager, you can put up my request to the management and help me with the documentation required.
