Dear Mr. White, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the water problem which I am facing since two weeks. The apartment I am renting has consistent water shortage issue from last six months. This is the third time from the day I rented your apartment. The shortage provided in the apartment is inadequate for the family of three. The thing is, we as a family are unable to maintain hygenic environment inside the apartment due to water shortage. Initially, the water supply was 24 hours a day. But it had been reduced from couple of months to every alternate day. To survive with the amount of water available we had to bath alternate day. This habbit is affecting our health adversly causing skin disease. Let me explain the resolution to this issue. The water shortage issue can be resolved by increasing the water shortage in the apartment by installing extra overhead water storage tanks. As of now, we need approximately 500 liters of water a day. If we install total 2000 liters overhead tanks then we will be good for a week and can tackle the severe shortage issue in near future.
