Dear Mr. White, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the water problem which I am facing for two weeks. The apartment I am renting has a consistent water shortage issue for the last six months. This is the third time since the day I rented your apartment. The shortage provided in the apartment is inadequate for the family of three. The thing is, we as a family are unable to maintain a hygienic environment inside the apartment due to water shortage. Initially, the water supply was 24 hours a day. But it had been reduced from a couple of months to every alternate day. To survive with the amount of water available we had to bathe alternate day.
