Dear councilor, The objective of writing this letter is to draw your immediate attention towards a stranded car on the street near my locality. The car is blue color Toyota Camry 2002 or 2003 by make with plate number JK2U3248. All the windows of the car are tainted black, Front hood is damaged moreover there is oil leaking on the street. All the tire of the vehicle are flat. It has been like this for almost two weeks. Let me explain my situation. whenever we try to exit main street to enter parking of our residence it gets difficult to turn around it. At nights many time because of the low light on the street many cars have bumped into it. Its a very horrible experience to drive in the dark. Other than that there is a strong stinky smell coming out of the car which is very uncomfortable for the residents strolling nearby. Would you kindly relocate this orphan car to the junk yard as soon as possible. More over as the time is passing by its making the street smeared with oil and leaked chemical from batteries which is very corrosive to the cars moving on the road.
