Daer Mr. Denzil, , I am writing to you in regards to the Tech Seminar that is going to be held in near furture by our company in germany. As i am into sales and lokking after sales operation globally, i would like to attend this seminar. I would like to request you to provide me with further details on this seminar, when it is going to be held, list of programs etc. I would also request the company to provide me with Visa for germany. i have further queries, like for accomodation, whether company will bear the hotel expenses or employee has to pay for it, food expenses will be reimbursed or not, Two way ticket will be provided by the company or not, conveyance will be provided or not. Would appreciate your prompt response in this as Visa process will take 25-30 days and my passport is expiring next month so i have to get it renewed first which will take 1 week. Best regards Ankita
