Dear Mr. White, The thing is, we as a family are unable to maintain a hygienic environment inside the apartment due to water shortage. Initially, the water supply was 24 hours a day. But it had been reduced from a couple of months to every alternate day. To survive with the amount of water available we had to bathe alternate day.
