Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing complaining about the issue which I am facing with my laptops' hard drive. Since I am working from home and doing my all office work so inaccessibility of my laptop stopping me to perform my day-to-day work. I was doing my office work and all of sudden my screen got blank. I was astonished what wrong with my machine, however, while working I heard some miserable sound coming from the hard drive. I rebooted but it was not booting up, I came to know that hard drive got crashed. This laptop is very essential for my work and all my important data stored in it. Unfortunately, all my the passwords saved in one spreadsheet located on the desktop. Those are extremely vital to open my project based applications without those credentials I can not open these on different computer.
