Dear Sir, I am writing to you to complain about my accommodation situation. I currently share room 209 with Mark Adams, a freshmen with an undeclared major. Given the fact that this is Mark's first year in collage and away from his parents, I try my best to be understanding and help him settle in. However, Mark has mistaken my kindness and rather than be thankful, is trying to abuse it. Instead of sharing our current space equally, Mark has expanded his area to reach my own closet, drawer, and in some cases my bed. He claims that he has more stuff, and therefore needs more space, leaving me with an extremely small area to place my belongings. He also as a tendency to invite friends over. They stay up all night, play games, and sing in loud irritating voices to music. Such behaviours makes it extremely hard for me to study, concentrate or even sleep in my own room. I am a senior on the verge of graduating and it is extremely important to me to be able to study and finish my assignments in a quiet and peaceful place. I would like to switch to any available room with a well behaved and more considerate roommate, or have Mark move out with a roommate his age. that way I will be able to be more productive and maintain a steady sleep schedule I believe that Zack in room 230 has an extra bed in his room, and since we are both seniors of the same major I believe it would be a perfect fit for me and that he would not mind it. I hope that you truly consider my request or help me find a better solution. Sincerely, Dave Smith
