Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing to express my concern about my new neighborhood who shifted in Majestic Tower in the last month. I have been residing in the flat no. 115 since last year and I had no complaints with the provided facilities and with the other residents. However, the couple who recently shifted here in apartment 114 is making the situation very though to live here. They have party with loud music almost every days especially in the night. They do not stop the music up to mid night and their this kind of nature really annoying us and other residents. Due to this condition we are unable to get proper sleep. Moreover, my 10th grade children's exam will be in the next week. Even though he try to study late night to get desire score but he cannot concentrate on his study in this condition. Me and other people already have requested them to keep volume of music at low level but they neglect our advise. I would like to suggest that raise a notice to them to break the rules and regulations of this building. Additionally, you may reminds them to stay with tower's rules and regulations.
