Dear sirmy name is john. I writing this latter for you. I many purchas from your shop. As you know i buy a printer 3 das a go but after two days leter that when i want to print a picture for larg size, I relieze one small line on the picture. You know my job is photografer and work in tv and also i buy this device on the advice of my colleague. Because basment of my home is very big and i working easily at there. however i rechaeg again that's not work as well. i think this printer have a problem. As you said give me a one week test. Because this printer is very expensive. I want to change this machine. I read in a magazine about this printer more than of those people facing with problem and when working get very hot. these day i have a lot of customer and i'm very busy. I can't waiting for garanti and fix that. I want you, please, if possible change this printer and bring a model higher than this and i will pay the difference.
