Greetings of the day. I am writing this letter to outline some of the issues which I am facing with the logitech keyboard that I recently bought from your company.
I am serving as a I. T Professional in a Teleconferencing Company and these days I am working from home. As obvious to the nature of job, I constantly have to sit and work in front of my laptop so I decided to order wireless keyboard for enhanced flexibility in longer periods, but there are some problems with the device as some of its keys are not working properly, and even the light signal for ON-OFF button doesn't seem to work in a proper way, consequently I have to press a key everytime and check if the keyboard has switched ON which is causing a serious lag in my working patterns.
As this device comes with a warranty for a year, I would like to request you for replacing this device with a fully functional one. Hoping for a positive outcome.
