You have a full time job and are also doing a part time evening course. You now find that you can not continue the course. Write a letter to your tutor. In your letter, describe the situation explain why you cannot continue at this time say what action you would like to take

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring into your account that I can no longer continue with my evening course as I am no longer to manage my full time job simultaneously. I was able to manage till date as the working hours were fixed and I used to hard-stop at 5 PM and used to attend evening classes by 6 PM, but now as the financial year end is approaching, my boss has asked me to stay back. Post this financial year, in April I can rejoin the course as I am willing to enhance my skills by attending the course so that I can get future promotions and have better career ahead. I am very glad and delighted that I got such a tutor in my life and I will definitely continue my self learning. Yours Thankfully John
