You have separate room in your flat and you want to rent it to a student. Write a letter to the accommodation office of the local college.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Jagruti Shevalkar, residing at 11 Maple Manor, Johnstown Road, D18 V9Y7. I am writing this letter in regards to accommodation service as I have a spare room in my apartment, which I wanted to rent out. My apartment is located nearby your college, just 15 minutes of walk from the Central Bridge. I bought my apartment recently in September and borrowed a loan for the same. Although I have no major financial issues, a rent amount from the tenants would help pay the monthly installments. Also, my husband has gone on an international business tour so I am the only one who stays in this big apartment so it would be wonderful to share the apartment with someone nice and well-mannered. I am looking for students, preferably quiet and tidy. Tenants are allowed to host small parties for their friends and family unless they are not messy and noisy. The room is available from the next month and is fully furnished, with all the necessary amenities. Even though there are some restricted areas, tenants can walk freely in the kitchen and living area. The rent would be 700 euros monthly, and the same would be the deposit. If you find any eligible student from your college, who would be interested in renting my room, please email me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Your’s faithfully, Jagruti Shevalkar
