Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the wireless adapter which was bought last week from your emporium. Yesterday, we had a power cut at our home and found the equipment got suddenly hampered working. Now, I am unable to proceed with my office chore. I would expect an immediate fix for this problem. The wireless adapter that I purchased from you was operational until the end of the last day but unfortunately, it hindered its mechanism at the movement. I have tried to diagnosis the problem without any luck. Currently, I am using my LAN to connect to a personal computer to continue with my proceedings. As I am currently working from home as a software engineer: dealing with onshore clients as well as satisfying the customer needs, It is mandatory to have an uninterrupted Internet connection. As you can see, I am completely inclined on this appliance. Nevertheless, This issue needs immediate resolution. I would be grateful if you could replace this device with a new one or a repair.
