Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about a Dell leptop that I bought from your shop approx three month ago. Unfortunately the product is suddenly Stop working and it is unusable. I am working at home and I want this as soon as possible. My bill no is RV4567. I was brought at weekend time. The laptop screen full on blanck except only red douts blinking. I tried my best to start properly but it is not working. I put in plug to charge battery but i cannot found the excet result. I am working at home as a freelancer. I will finish my project work to end of this month. My all data in old leptop as well as Software programm also in this hard disk. It is going on financial month So I have several projects on. Moreover I am stuck without it. I have in warranty period please immediately replace my leptop too transfor my old data to my new laptop.
