I am writing you to raise my complaint regarding the HP printer, which I bought from your shop last week.
I had visited your shop and bought a HP printer of model number HP-D2747, black in colour. During the first
two days, It had been working properly, producing a well quality prints and clear photographs. The problem started
on next day, when it stopped printing colour sheets. I had tried to fix it, unfortunately failed to do so. I have
phoned your company twice to explain this problem, but no one from your company responded. I hope you could initiate
the process to solve this.
I work from home most of the days in a week, and usually takes plethora of printouts for my project. One day, I had to
take prints of four main sheets for my presentation but could not able to take due to its technical error. Because of this
problem, I was not able to prepare a document and eventually failed to present. I was repremanded by senior officals, who were
anticipating my work.
Lastly, I ahve several on going projects, I have to emphasize on my coming presentations, therefore, i suggest that you either
replace it with new one, or repair it within the next two days.
