Dear Sir, My name is Akshit Mehta residing in your college accommodation, I am writing this letter to inform you about my situation sharing a room with another student. I am in a conundrum with my current arrangement of living as my roommate makes it particularly hard for me to focus on my studies. Since the start of college my roommate has taken up a hobby into playing instruments which makes it very hard for me to focus on my work. The excessive noise and incessant need to play such instruments makes it quite difficult for me to live in such an atmosphere. I would like to request you to please change my current living condition as I would prefer to be placed in a room where I can focus on my studies without being disturbed by such an ambiance, if possible I would request you to please allocate me a room of my own. Thanking You, Akshit Mehta
