Dear Sir, I am Brad Lee, I hope you remember me, when we met last weekend on 14th December while travelling to Perth from Adelaide in Air Australia flight number AI705. We had profound conversation and you also had told me about your restaurants business in different cities of Australia. I was offered a job in one of your restaurants. Therefore, I am writing to let you know that, I would be available for the job. I was working as a cooking manager in Hotel Grand INN, before I quit due to some family issues. Presently, I am unemployed, seeking an opportunity in the field of cooking. I have graduated from Hotel Management course and having three years of professional experience in restaurants. Therefore, I would be ecstatic, if you could provide me a role of cooking Manager. I feel enthusiasm in developing new skills, which will enhance the business growth. I adore people who works with me, which will also create a great work environment. Therefore, I am much suitable for this job. Looking forward to hearing from you Yours faithfully Brad Lee
