Hello Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product purchased from you store. While the mouse purchased from your store is working fine, the VGA to Hdmi converter has stopped working which was bought on 22nd January 2020 from your store on MG road resulting with creating problems for me while working from home. I hope you will consider my situation favorably. Let me explain my situation. Firstly when I bought the mouse and converter both were working fine for a month. Later after the month the VGA to Hdmi device has stopped connecting and now showing the error message on external monitor as power saving mode. As a result of this issue I am unable to connect the external screen to my laptop and facing whole lot of complications while working from remote location. Would you kindly send your technician and check the device for me as I am positive that the device is under replaceable warranty. I would be more than happy if you replace the device.
