Dear Sir or Madam, I brought an electrical vegetable chopper from your store 3 days ago. I got it home and set it up as per the instructions in the user manual. I then put in some carrots for chopping seeing to the specifications mentioned in the manual, but it did not work at all. I then called your shop to seek for some assistance. The person who picked the call advised me to reduce the quantity of vegetable in the jar and then try. I did the same and it still did not work. I called up again and asked for replacing the product since it had some internal flaws. The Executive was rude to me and told that I wrong handled the machine and its not the responsibility of the shop to give me a new product. Also he did not give me repairer details. He hung up my call mid way and never reached back. I feel its a very reckless behavior and its not the right way to take care of your customers. If replacing was not an option, at least a free repair could have been done since the product is still under warranty. Please look upon your service and look into my issue as soon as possible.
