I am reaching out to you regarding the keyboard issue that I am currently encountering.
All started today morning; I turned on my laptop and trying to enter the user name and password system showing notification of wrong credentials. After a couple of tries and unhiding the password, realized that the keys with letter C and J are stop printing.
However, to that, I managed to log onto the machine using a built-in virtual keyboard. But I am not sure this will last forever because it is hard to use a virtual board and causing my work efficiency. This Friday is the last day for project submission, and I am already behind schedule.
Since my device is under the guaranty, would you kindly notify your Service team about my problem and also, meanwhile, can you send the request to them to provide me an external keyboard.
