I am writing a letter to you regarding a recording mic, which I purchased form you. I am working as an Anchor in a Music company and do entire work online from home.
Last year in December, I bought a recording mic of Sony Company from your shop. It was working extremely well in starting even I loved it's recording quality on the contrary it has been having a problem for few days, Sometimes its starts automatically and sometimes stopped, Once it was totally stopped for whole day and I tried a number of time on the contrary it was not started.
Moreover, it's bothers me a lot, when I ought to start interviews, I can't explain to interviewer because they can't listen me properly, with this sometimes when I started interviews, it stopped in between and also facing the problem when I records a bite.
It's my humble request to you that please change this mic as in the near future as you can because it's the most essential gadget of my job. It has a 1-year guarantee too and now merely 4 months have been passed.
