Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delayed of bus number 24541 on the route from Millwood transit center to downtown Edmonton. I am an international student at Nait, thus public transport plays an important role in my life. I take buses to go to school as well as go to work daily. During the winter, I do understand that the buses could be late up to 10 minutes depending on the weather condition. However, last Thursday (November 26th), the bus did not come while it was supposed to be coming at 7: 30 am. I was waiting for that bus for 20 minutes under the -40 degree. Unfortunately, I got cold burns on my feet and was not able to go to school on that day. To prevent an unexpected event like that in the future, I would like to suggest that you should announce passengers on your app for the exact time the bus coming. Thus, passengers could be able to take the bus without waiting too long, especially in extremely cold weather. Thank you for your consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
