Dear SirI am writing this letter to apologise for the mistake which I made last week. I know this confusing situation caused to problem between your company any customer which is trading sucessfully for 2 years. I am not going to justify self, but I consider I must exlpain my condition in that day. I applied for this job only a month ago. Unfortunately mr Jefferson who was main manager didn't come to the office due to the illness he was suffering. So I had to work as a main manager despite I have no enough experience on this occupation. As a result I confused some documents which was important for the company. I am really sorry for what I did by mistake. In order soften the situation I sent the correct assignment to the clients and asked my apology from customers as well. I would appriciate it if you could give me one more chance to show myself sucessfullyIn your company. I promise this mistake will not be repeated any more.
