Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the cassette player which I recently bought from you shop. On the 21st of December, I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a cassette player for my son's birthday. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and asked a shop assistant about it. After I got all information, I decided to purchase it. Two days later my child said to me about the problems of the item. When he used it for the first time, it worked properly. Even he learnt two English songs with the help of it. Next time, when he put on it, its sound was very low. In addition to this, it did not read the cassette. I would like you to replace the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, l will force to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving a reply. Your faithfully, Kate Wilson.
