Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the vacuum cleaner which l bought from your shop. On the 21st of December, l visited one of your local shops in order to buy a vacuum cleaner. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and asked a shop assistant about it. After I got all information, I decided to purchase it. Although the machine was supposed to clean everything, for the first time I used to clean only carpets. Furthermore, when I tried to use its extra filter it did not work at all. I sent the item to the shop after having been assured one of the assistants that I would be send a refund. In addition, I still have not received one. I would like you to replace the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will force to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem.
