I am writing to complain about the washing machine which I have recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 21st of December, I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a washing machine for my sister's birthday. Looking around the shops I encountered expected item and asked shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later, my sister made a call and said about the problems of the item. When she used for the first time, it worked properly. However, when she utilized for the second time it did not heat the water right temperature. In addition to this, the clothes were not clean. I would like you to replace the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem.
