Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to inform you that I have forgotten my bag at the airpot. Actually, I was on a flight to London and when I got at the airpot, I was in a rush to attend a meeting which was arranged in my hotel where I was gonna stay. I was running late according to the meeting schedule, and I totally forgot about my bag. The colour of the bag is red and it can contain approximately 10 kgs. weight. It might not be that heavy because it just contains clothes and other cosmetics. The handle of the bag is blue which is little old as a colour combination of red and blue, so, it might be busy for you to identify. Also, it has a slip on the bottom corner that contains the initials of my name. I would really appreciate if you will send my bag to the hotel. I am willing to pay all the charges of sending it to my hotel. With Regards
