Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the problem occurred recently, while traveling from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
I was traveling through a business class ticket of Etihad Airways, flight number EY223 on 16tth April 2021 at 3. 00 pm from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt.
I was waiting for my flight in the premium lounge in front of gate no 23, where I paid $99 entry fees but sadly the internet services were not working inside the lounge and I came to know that it is being disrupted since last one month.
Kindly keep supervising the maintenance team and check the reports time to time. I would like to suggest you that fiber optics is better than broadband, so it will be nice to update the internet cables inside the airport as nowadays, it is necessary for everyone.
