Dear Sir or madam, I am writing to bring to your attention the incident in your supermarket last week. I would also like to present some suggestions to avoid similar cases in the future. I am Amr Masoud and I have been a Structural Engineer at Stantec for the last 3 years since I moved into Cairo, and I have been visiting your supermarket frequently preferring it over IGA that closer to my home. On this ocasion, however, last week I had an arm injury after I slipped and fell down due to the wate on the floor, after I have visited the doctor and I had to put my arm in cast for at least three weeks. Although the high level of service I receive at your store, but I believe that such incident could have been avoided if faster action was taken to remove the spilled water, also a sign should have been put at the wet areas to prevent this from reocurring.
