Dear Mr. Tom, I am writing to you to bring to your notice that there are quite a few issues regarding the bus service that may need your attention on priority. I am not able to function because of the untimely arrivals and departure of the buses for the past two weeks. To tell you my experience, due to the heavy rainfall I prevent myself to be late for my work which is why I prefer getting on a bus an hour earlier. However, the bus never has arrived on time for the past two week and as a result I have been given a warning from my company for my late coming. Furthermore, my children’s performance has been hampered due to not reaching school on time. Due to above reasons, I request you to consider my suggestion. If there could be a live tracker on the mobile app that would immensely help all the passengers as well as to your administration. The live tracker would show the exact location of the bus which would definitely buy some time for us to plan our day. I hope we will see the updates in coming days. Thank you.
