Dear Patel I am a regular visitor to your theatre. I have watched quite a few movies here and I have always been satisfied with the facilities and ambience. But my last experience was not so pleasant, which is why I am writing this letter. I visited the hall last Saturday with my friends. The moment we entered there, we were baffled as it was too hot inside. The air condition was not working which resulted in a lot of suffocation and bad odors. It was really impossible to sit for the two-hour show time. Moreover, most of the seats were making a creaking sound even at the slightest movement, which was highly disturbing during the show. The whole experience was frustrating and we were forced to leave halfway through the show. The hall needed immediate maintenance on all levels. There should be thorough cleaning and renovation done to get rid of the foul smell and the creaking sound. Please look into the matter and do the necessary. Yours sincerely, Jignesh
