I am writing to inform you about the shortcomings of your restaurant and the substandard experience I had.
It was my son's birthday and I booked a table for 7 at your restaurant last Sunday. My reason for choosing this restaurant was based on excellent reviews online.
We ordered your best selling steaks and I asked the server to make it medium-rare, as this is how I like my steak. For the sides, I ordered the mashed potato. When I was served, I noticed that my steak was rare and I asked for medium-rare. The mashed potatoes were uncooked and had a strange burnt taste.
As feedback, I would like you to ask the chef at your restaurant to adhere to the orders and the details mentioned by the diners, As these shortcomings can dent the image of your restaurant and ruin diners experience.
