Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about the poor service provoded by your workers on October 21st. Firstly, I had booked a table for my two friends and myself for 12. 30 but it was 1p. m before we were seated. Such a delay seems to me inexcusable. Then it was the worst situation that your careless waitress spilled the soup on my friend, in the meanwhile, we had not ordered the first meal yet. I tried not to be nervous afyer that issue and ordered two types of salad which consist of meat and mushroom. Unfortunately, our salad was brought after fourty minutes and I was shying in front of my close friends who wanted to celebrate our first meeting after graduating the University. Secondly, the meal which we would like to eat for the second was extremely salty and the products in it were raw a little. In spite of the fact that I asked the waitress to change the meal with another, she did not pay attention and replied that your restaurant could not provide such opportunity. I was angry and warned her to complaint about that condition. I am looking forwardto your positive reply and the resolution of this matter.
