Dear Sir or Madam I am wfiting in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding refrigerator that I recently bought from your shop. After only three days, thing started to go wrong. On June 22 I visited one of your l9cal shops in order to buy a fridge for my sister. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Three days later, sister called and said that item went wrong. When she used the fridge for the first day it worked properly and products were fresh. However, when she utilized it the second day seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. The meat and milk products were spoiled. Furthermore, when she put butterin it, it also spoiled. In addition to this, the fridge did not fresh the right temperature. I would like you to replace the fridge with well functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving a reply. Yours faithfully, Maria Remark
