Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complaint the train departed late from one of your station. I was travelled from Jaipur to Delhi on 3rd March 2020 at 9 A. M. The Train departure time was 9: 10 a. m and arrival time 2 p. m. Unfortunately train departed around 11: 30 a. m because train was not cleaned railway employees take around more than two hours for cleaning. My interview was schedule at 3 p. m in RBH solutions private limited because the train departed 3 hours late i miss the interview as a result i need to apologize the Manger of the company and request him to reschedule my interview. They were not consider my request. I am feeling very stressed because i miss an opportunity after so many hurdles i get an interview chance in my dream company. Most of the company want punctual employees. I am sending this letter to Railway Department and local newspapers. I hope this letter will open the eyes of the management and focus on community needs.
