Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the digital pen which I purchased from your shop during the pandemic of coronovirus in month of March 2020. The digital pen was working well till yesterday. It does not print any character on screen from today morning; though, it shows some marking on screen.
Let me explain my situation in more details. I am a teacher and I am working from the home to teach the students. So my students are unable to see my work on the screen. In addition, I am science and mathematic teacher hence, I need to draw a diagram and indicating all parts of it. Moreover, In mathematic subject to solve problems the digital pen is very useful.
I would suggest you to change the digital pen if this is not possible to repair. I am legging behind of my syllabus complition task befor this month end therfore, I request you to take action as early as possible.
